Recommended structure of a technical paper

01

Metadata

Title, keywords, abstract, and author affiliations.

02

Abstract

A concise, objective summary of the problem, methodology, key findings, and contributions.

03

Introduction

Background, motivation, research objectives, hypothesis (if applicable), and related work overview.

04

Related Work

Discussion of existing research relevant to the topic and identification of research gaps.

05

Methods

Methodology, experimental setup, algorithms, models, datasets, and evaluation procedures sufficient for reproducibility.

Types of articles

Original Research Paper
A detailed manuscript covering new research findings with complete technical methodology, experimental validation, results, and novel scientific contributions.

Review papers are not accepted through the regular Call for Papers. Only 1–2 invited review papers may be accepted, and only from distinguished keynote or plenary speakers.

After acceptance

Final submission: upload the camera‑ready version incorporating reviewer suggestions; revisions should be within 10% of the manuscript content
Copyright transfer required via electronic submission; authors notified of the process link by email
Final versions are compiled into the peer‑reviewed conference proceedings, subject to meeting scope and quality requirements
Organizers reserve the right to exclude a paper from the proceedings if it is not presented at the conference

Authorship & integrity

Co‑authors
All authors must have contributed meaningfully; no author additions or removals are allowed post‑acceptance unless approved.
Corresponding author
Handles all submission‑related communication and confirms that all co‑authors have reviewed the manuscript.
